It offers enough space to accommodate a family gathering or small get togethers. The house is nestled in a double lot with spacious outdoors living and a separate Fire pit area. Bask in the sunshine on the Screened Patio and enjoy the tropical breeze, or take a dip in the Heated Pool & Spa. This home was recently renovated and offers a gourmet fully stocked kitchen designed by Poggenpohl custom cabinetry and also includes a rice maker, air fryer, along with other amenities. In the laundry room near the kitchen is a 2nd oversized Viking refrigerator for additional groceries/drinks! Smart TVs in every bedroom, family room, living room and lanai to provide ample viewing options for your entire family along with upgraded high speed internet capable of up to 1000 Mps.
Pet cleaning fee-$250 each (2 dogs - 50 pounds or under)
